Impressions of the
National Tramway Museum
Pictures taken during a visit on the 4th August 2003.
The Museum has come on a long way since I last visited several years ago and now is well worth the time and cost of entry (2003 = about £19 for a family ticket). Even the little 3year old grandaughter loved it.
However although the catering is contained within very acceptable buildings, the menu in the cafe was found to be limited and basic, at the same time pricy.
By and large the satff there were found to be very pleasant and helpful, again, sadly, with the exception of the Catering. Here the Girl on the till on the day I visited seemed very beautiful and looked bright, but should we just say that the lights were on...
Overall a very worthy trip to Crick, Derbyshire.
